【分享】遠離甜飲多喝水 健康減糖Everyday
根據102-103年「國民營養健康狀況變遷調查」結果,近9成的國、高中學生每週至少喝1次含糖飲料!攝取過量糖不但會造成肥胖、代謝異常與齲齒,也可能增加代謝症候群及心血管疾病風險,加速身體老化等;國民健康署鼓勵民眾多喝白開水及飲用低脂乳品,遠離含糖飲料,並掌握「水噹噹健康守則」,消暑一「夏」少負擔!
